Spinning Cowl

Spinning cowls are a fantastic option for those looking to increase the draw within their chimney and prevent anti-downdraught issues.

Brewer Cowls has carefully chosen a selection of the highest-quality spinning cowls to tackle this common chimney issue.

A spinning chimney cowl such as the Aspirotor works when the wind catches the fins and rotates the globe to prevent the air from entering down the chimney. The Lobster Back cowl turns the opening away from the wind direction to prevent anti-downdraught. Whilst the Stealth spinning cowls are our top-pick for decorative purposes, they also use a vane and ball bearing system to rotate away from the wind. Consisting of flat angled planes, the Stealth revolving cowl offers an aerodynamic and sleek profile to compliment your home.

With over 50 years of experience manufacturing chimney cowls, our selection offers a choice of the highest-quality spinning chimney cowls guaranteed to withstand the stresses placed on these types of chimney cowl in high-wind areas.
