The GC1 Flue Liner Terminal is an effective way to terminate your flue liner and doubles as a birdguard ensuring that birds and debris will not be able to enter the flue helping to prevent dangerous blockages.

Making use of an internal sleeve and an external leg and strap system, once this unit has been attached to the liner, you can rest assured that the cowl will be securely fixed in place. 

Stainless steel strap and fitting instructions included.

The GC1 Flue Liner Terminal is produced in the UK from aluminium although the base of the product is made from stainless steel.

What is it for?

For use with either disused (redundant) or live gas systems, the GC1 Flue Liner Termianl doubles as both a device to terminate a gas flue liner and an excellent birdguard preventing any birds, vermin or even leaves from entering your chimney.

What size & options are available?

The GC1 Flue Liner Terminal comes in 3 standard sizes of 100mm (4”), 125mm (5”), and 150mm (6”).

It is made to fit external pot sizes up to 12” diameter.

The GC1 itself is made from aluminium and the base plate that attaches to the flue liner is made from stainless steel.

Available in natural (unpainted), or powder coated terracotta, buff or black.

How do I fit one?

The hanger is attached to the flue with the use of an internal sleeve and stainless steel straps along with an external leg and stainless steel strap system.

What if it won't fit?

Unfortunately Brewer do not manufacture the GC1 Flue Liner Terminal ourselves but we may be able to suggest an alternative product such as the UFO Flue Liner Cowl. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call to receive advice on what you require!


Please note that the GC1 terminal is not suitable for decorative fuel effect fires.
