Please take note that Brewer Cowls only recommend this product as a last resort and would suggest trying some of our rotating antidowndraught cowls such as the Aspirotor before committing to the expense of a chimney fan. 

By installing a FlueCube on to your chimney pot or twin wall system, you can reduce the downdraft, burn more efficiently and reduce your carbon emissions. The FlueCube will work in all weather conditions, regardless of the speed or direction of the wind.

The FlueCube works by creating a positive draw through the flue system, stabilizing the burn within the stove, thus enabling it to perform with much greater efficiency.

The traditional ‘H Cowl’ is designed to ensure that no matter what the wind direction or strength, the flue or chimney is protected from downdraught. As the wind passes down the top of the external parts, it creates a wind flow that exhausts the smoke and fumes out of the lower exits.

The ‘H Cowl’ is fitted to the pot or flue by use of a sleeve and external leg and strap system.

Manufactured in stainless steel, each H cowl is individually made to suit the individual flue or pot size.

The Lobster Back Cowl makes use of a vane and bearing system to allow itself to catch the wind and rotate to ensure that the opening is always directed away from the prevailing wind preventing unwanted downdraught.

Made out of stainless steel and available in two universal sizes to fit all standard chimney pots this rotating cowl offers a no nonsense and effective solution against highly exposed areas with strong prevailing winds.

Using a vane and ball bearing system, the Stealth Cowl rotates ensuring that the opening to the flue is always pointed away from the prevailing wind allowing for the efficient exhaust of fumes and smoke in exposed areas.

The Traditional Raincap is designed to help minimise the entry of rain into your system helping to prevent interior structural decay caused by the natural freeze/thaw cycle throughout the year. If left to its own devices, an exposed flue can create many problems in the long term as water works its way between the mortar and masonry causing cracks and decay.

A Traditional Raincap is a cost effective solution that will save you great expense in the long run. However, if you desire protection from birds and debris as well as rain then please take a look at our Brewer Birdguard range.

The Brewer range of Twin Wall Terminals are specifically designed to easily terminate factory made insulated twin wall flue systems.  All the units have tags that bend outwards from the mounting sleeve and press firmly against the inside surface of the metal flue. The Brewer Twin Wall Terminals will fit the majority of factory made insulated twin wall systems without the need of a fixing strap.
